BIATHLON: An exciting winter sport, biathlon combines the activities of cross-country skiing and small bore marksmanship.
Cadets can participate in a biathlon competition series in their local, Provincially and top teams from across Canada compete at the Nationals.
To ensure a year-round approach to the fitness training required for the event, Cadets also practice using a summer biathlon, which involves long distance running and air rifle marksmanship.
